A Life Shaped by Pilates

I believe every body has the ability to heal and grow stronger when guided correctly.

Introduction

My name is Elahe Tajeddin. I began my Pilates journey at the age of 22, introduced to it by my mother. At that time, Pilates had only recently arrived in our country, and my curiosity quickly turned into a deep passion. The calmness of the movements combined with mindful breathing resonated strongly with me, and I soon realized that this was the path I wanted to follow for life.

As I continued practicing, my progress stood out and my instructor encouraged me to pursue professional certifications. That moment marked a turning point in my life. I began teaching Pilates professionally at 22, and within a short period of time, I completed numerous respected certifications both locally and internationally. Today, with over 13 years of experience, I continue this journey with the same passion, dedication, and commitment.

Pilates is truly transformative. I have witnessed its impact not only in my own life—helping me improve my posture, spinal alignment, and physical strength—but also in the lives of my students. From doctors and office professionals to musicians and artists, Pilates has helped people from all walks of life move with less pain, greater ease, and a higher quality of life.

For me, however, Pilates represents something even greater. My vision extends far beyond a profession. I believe that Pilates—and helping others through Pilates—is one of the reasons I came into this world. Today, more than ever, I see it as my personal mission. This path fills me with passion and purpose; whether I am guiding one individual or thousands, Pilates is where I feel most alive and fulfilled.
