On-Site Workplace Pilates Classes
This service offers regular in-person Pilates classes held directly at the company’s workplace, coached by me. Sessions are typically scheduled twice a week, and all employees are welcome to participate. However, this model requires dedicated space and basic facilities within the company. Participation may be limited by available space, class schedules, remote working structures, and individual preferences—since not all employees feel comfortable engaging in longer physical activity sessions in the workplace, and many may not be physically present due to remote or hybrid work models.
Additionally, because HR departments generally prefer unified systems that allow all employees to benefit equally from the same wellness structure, this model is not suitable for all companies. The limitations in access, space, scheduling, and inclusivity mean that not all employees can benefit from the system in the same way, which makes it less aligned with integrated corporate wellness strategies.
